Reginald L. Winfrey, Esq. is a seasoned trial attorney with over 30 years of legal experience, specializing in personal injury and criminal defense. He has a robust track record in civil cases, including wrongful death, tractor-trailer accidents, medical malpractice, and construction disputes, as well as in criminal defense for charges such as murder, drug trafficking, and aggravated assault.

Praised for his remarkable courtroom skill, a judge once acknowledged his ability to turn "a dead case" into a near acquittal, securing not-guilty verdicts on eight out of nine charges for his client in a high-stakes drug trafficking trial.

Attorney Winfrey’s journey began at Hampton University, where he earned a degree in Mathematics and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He later attended Emory University School of Law, where he won multiple awards for trial skills and moot court performance. Winfrey gained practical experience through internships with the DeKalb County Solicitor's Office, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

After law school, he worked in personal injury at a prominent firm and later served as a JAG Officer in the U.S. Army. In addition, he taught trial advocacy and criminal procedure courses and, in 2006, opened his own law practice.

Beyond the courtroom, Attorney Winfrey is a dedicated father, a minister, and a real estate agent, committed to his Atlanta roots and community.
